We ship SevenFiveZero jewellery from Neu-Isenburg, Germany, to approved business customers. The shipping methods available for your delivery address are shown at checkout.
All shipping prices are net prices and exclude any applicable VAT. Free-shipping thresholds are based on the net merchandise value of your order.

European Union

Shipments outside the European Union are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Import VAT, customs duties and any applicable clearance fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient. Customs clearance may delay delivery. Free shipping does not include these duties or fees.
Dispatch and availability
We hand most orders over to the carrier within approximately one week. Processing may take longer during events or periods of high demand.
The stated transit times begin when the order is handed over to the carrier. They are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Any production or processing time is additional. Please refer to the information for the relevant item and in your order confirmation. This applies in particular to custom lengths and jewellery made for your order.
Uninsured shipping
The registered-mail services offered are sent without additional transport insurance. Please take this into account when choosing your shipping method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
